At LJ, we want to ensure your athletic gear fits perfectly and meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
